30 Day Rights
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund.If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance but you still have the right to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food products, magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, or hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 calendar days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@redskybikes.co.uk and bring your item back to the shop: 3 Campion Square, Thirsk, YO7 1GW
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
If you cannot get to the store to return your product, you should mail your product to: 3 Campion Square, Thirsk, YO7 1GW
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Purchasing Online
You automatically get a 14-day‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person - unless it’s bespoke or made to measure as part of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund. You must contact the store shop@redskybikes.co.ukwithin the 14 day period and then you have another 14 days to return the goods.

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time frame, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution.
If we are unable to provide you with a final response within a reasonable time frame, we will send you an email explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
All comments and complaints will be dealt with promptly, fairly and sensitively. We will regularly review and analyse complaints to identify areas for improvement in our processes.
