Welcome to our Delivery information page. We aim to get your cycling gear and new bikes to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping services and costs.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer a range of delivery options depending on what you are ordering. Please note that delivery times for our Next Day and 48HR Services are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. For in stock products to be dispatched the same day our Order Cut Off Time is 12pm for all of our Delivery Services.
Our shop closes weekends and public holidays so any in stock products ordered during these times will be dispatched on the next working day.

PREMIUM “READY TO RIDE” DELIVERY
We offer a Premium Service via BIKE SERVICES UK. Your bike is delivered as a complete unit with no assembly required. This ensures the bike avoids transit damage and is 100% ready to ride the moment it reaches your door—no boxes and no tools necessary.

TRACKING: Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email and/or SMS (depending on the contact details provided).
COURIER FLEXIBILITY: While we primarily use the couriers listed above, we may occasionally use alternative couriers to ensure the most efficient delivery. We will inform you if this is the case.
STOCK AVAILABILITY: Some items on our website are held with our Suppliers. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout stating ‘In Stock with Supplier’. These orders will naturally take longer to arrive; please refer to the estimated dispatch dates provided during checkout. Alternatively you can contact the store to confirm the extact timelines.
PACKAGING: In order to keep costs down and reduce our environmental impact we reuse cardboard packaging sent from our own suppliers.

DELIVERY FAQs
How much does delivery cost for parts and accessories?
- Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48HR Tracked) is £3.99 for orders up to £50, and completely FREE on all orders over £50
- If you need your items faster, we offer a Next Day delivery service via DPD or Royal Mail for £7.99.
When will my order be dispatched?
- We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the delivery timeframes quoted at checkout (e.g., Next Day or 48-hour) are calculated from the date of dispatch, not necessarily the date the order was placed
- Our shop is closed weekends and public holidays so there all in stock orders placed during this time will be dispatched on the next working day
- Order cut off time for in stock products to be dispatched the same day is 12pm
Why does my order say it will take longer to arrive?
- Some of the stock shown on our website is held directly with our suppliers rather than in our shop. This will always be indicated on the product page and during checkout and will state ‘In Stock with Supplier’. Because of this, these items take a little longer to reach you.
How much does it cost to ship a bike?
- Kids' Bikes Boxed: Delivered via Parcelforce or DPD 48HR Tracked Services for £20.00
- Adult Bikes & E-Bikes: We use a premium service via Bike Services UK to deliver your bike fully built and unboxed, ensuring it is in perfect working order. Rates depend on the type of bike:
- Non-Electric Bikes (up to 20kg): £60.00
- All Bikes (up to 25kg): £75.00
- Electric Bikes (up to 50kg): £95.00
Do I need to assemble my bike when it arrives?
- If you purchase an adult bike or E-bike using our premium shipping service, no assembly is required. It will be delivered complete and ready to ride straight away with no tools needed! Boxed kids' bikes may require some minor, basic assembly.
Will I be able to track my order?
- Yes! Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS, depending on the contact details you provided during checkout.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands?
- Yes, we do!
- For Parts & Accessories going to Northern Ireland, we use Royal Mail 48HR Tracked at our standard UK rates (including free delivery over £50). Next Day delivery to Northern Ireland is £15.00
- For Bikes going to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands & Islands, please contact the shop directly before ordering so we can provide you with accurate pricing and delivery options
How to make a return?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines on our Returns page
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if we are able to resolve your complaint within a reasonable time frame, we will send you a final response detailing our resolution.
If we are unable to provide you with a final response within a reasonable time frame, we will send you an email explaining the reason for delay and when we expect to issue you with a final response.
All comments and complaints will be dealt with promptly, fairly and sensitively. We will regularly review and analyse complaints to identify areas for improvement in our processes.
